YAY! You got your sun. 🙂
Sun and awesomely green grass! Plus, who taught Laylee how to shake her hips like that?
toldyaso, toldyaso, toldyaso!!!
I seriously considered recording that song and sending it to you.
I’m glad the sun actually came out, instead.
Cute! I cannot get the song: ‘Sun, sun, Mr. Golden sun, please shine down on meeee’ out of my head. Another one that keeps looping through:
Little darling, it’s been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it’s been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it’s all right
I’m usually not so much of a gloater, but in this case, I mean it as kindly as possible- See? SEE? Even in Seattle, the rain MUST stop at some point!
Gorgeous picture, btw.
Oh, I see a picnic in your future! Happy sun day!
I was out at Seattle Center with Ethan yesterday afternoon and I kept expecting people to break out in song and dance- joy over the nice weather was just radiating off of everyone. I havent seen that many smiling faces in a very long time.
Now you can tan, instead of rust. 🙂
But seriously. SPF 50.
Hooray for the sun and for Laylee’s victory dance!!
Beautiful sun!!!
Amazing how we get into those little panics (or really, big panics) isn’t it? For me it happens everytime I become fully awake in the middle of the night… after three years I am just now learning to breathe through them and not give my thoughts in those moments much credence.
You have a loverly backyard. I wish I had time for landscaping. 🙂
SUUUUUUUUN!
This made me laugh out loud! And smile for you finally FINALLY getting some sun. The Pacific NW can be so hard on us sometimes.
I hear ya! I’m loving the sun. My plants are loving the sun. My son loved the sun so much he striped down and ran around our backyard (I did get at least some shorts onto him after that).
I’ve been out of the loop on your blog lately, so I’m just catching up. If you are anywhere close to downtown Seattle I know of an amazing naturopath located on Lake Union. She specializes in reproduction/hormone imbalance. She did amazing things for me. Email me for more info. washingtonmama@gmail.com
that is a great photo! Yay sun! I am glad you are feeling better too 🙂
I’m glad I’m not the only one singing the LIttle Darling…Here comes the sun song for you! 🙂 Yahoo!!
Wow. That is a beautiful picture…it looks kind of like the gardens people paint flower fairies in…Laylee, of course, is the fairy. 🙂
Hey, is that rhubarb in the bottom corner? What are you going to make.
