So normally I’m the one who does all the blogging in the family. Not only do I blog whenever I feel like it on this site but I also blog once a week at parenting.com. Dan skips off to work his 40-60 hours at MegaCorp and I’m left to do all the blogging on my own.
This week in honor of Mother’s Day the boys are trying their hand at MommyBlogging so we can all have a much deserved break. Please head over and read Dan’s fabulous post and show him the love… in a platonic, supportive-geeky-internet-friend-of-his-wife sort of way.
What a unique gift!
p.s. I’m mailing you a package of Canadian chocolate bars. Any requests?
oh, i just love it when the men take over.
happy mother’s day! i’md delurking to ask you to please send me your blog button for my mother’s day blogroll + enter my 9 giveaways + tell your friends 🙂
Thanks for clarifying the whole “plutonic” thing. 🙂
Mary – Okay… shortest post ever… most spelling and grammar mistakes. That was a funny one though. I did alter it to say “platonic” but here’s a definition of “plutonic”. It brings a whole new meaning to that sentence. I also noticed that in the original I used one of my all time biggest grammatical pet peeves. The title read “Dan Shoulder’s My Heavy Load.” Am I kidding me? I hate misplaced apostrophes. Arrggg!
What an novel gift. So how did the radioactive cheese powder get cleaned up? Inquiring minds need to know.
LOL “Am I kidding me?”
How nice is that?
I’ve got my Mother’s Day post all up and ready, since I probably won’t be blogging for Mother’s Day, unless my family REALLy wants to make me happy, sigh…. Stop by and have a good laugh!
Happy Mother’s Day, Kathryn!
xoxo
That was wonderful! Good job Dan the Man! Now Kathryn, where were you and why were you checking in? You’re not quite there yet…must learn to let go and have total fun:-)
Your family is so talented. DYD always impresses me. I am impressed beyond compliments!
And Happy -late- Mother’s Day!
